We literally started with a blank sheet of paper in the longest, largest and most intensive Strategic Discovery Session in our history. We developed their brand DNA, key brand assets and the Shango name. We mapped out modular marketing strategies that begin growing the Shango brand in state markets even before they open.
We commissioned design studies that inspired Shango’s incomparable store interiors and defined its retail customer experience. We invented packaging systems that are unique in the cannabis industry and maybe even any industry.
We’ve created every expression of the Shango B2C brand from its in-store collateral, signage, and swag to its global website and social media presence. And we’ve also launched Shango’s B2B wholesale cannabis division.
